Jungle Audio makes hiring easy with a quick three-step process. Browse our wicked inventory of speakers, microphones, mixers, amplifiers, DJ equipment, and more. Read the detailed descriptions and pick what you need.
Hit us up via email or phone if you’re unsure of anything. Provide the equipment details, event dates, and any specific requirements. We’ll review your request, confirm availability, and source anything missing to make sure you have the sickest event.
You (obviously) have two options: pickup or delivery. Save some dollarydoos by collecting it yourself, or let us handle delivery, setup, and pack-down. We’ll need some dollars from you—because we don’t do this for the giggles—after the booking is confirmed.

A heavy-duty steel 290mm truss base plate designed to keep things where they are meant to be! Great for large structures, LED walls and other load-truss setups. It also works brilliantly for truss totems, giving you a much cleaner look without those ugly black concrete blocks sitting around.

Product Description
At 50kg, this base plate is built to anchor truss systems properly without relying on extra counterweights. Once it’s in place, it stays in place. That makes it ideal for LED walls, large moving light rigs, exhibition builds, staging structures and anything where safety and rigidity are a priority.
It’s especially useful in outdoor or high-load environments where lighter aluminium base plates would normally need additional weights added on top. It comes fully ready to go with spigots, pins and R-clips included, so you’re not chasing missing hardware mid-setup.
Just keep in mind, it’s really heavy. If you found a 50kg horse, this would be as heavy as a horse. You’ll want at least two people for safe handling unless you are jacked.

What’s the main difference between this and aluminium base plates?
Aluminium plates are lighter and WAY easier to move, but need extra weights added. This one is already heavy enough on its own, so it’s far more stable straight away.

Do I need help to move it?
One strong person can manage it for sure, but with two people, you’ll stave off the back issues for a few more years.

Can it be used outdoors?
Absolutely. It’s commonly used for outdoor staging, LED walls and temporary event structures.
