Jungle Audio makes hiring easy with a quick three-step process. Browse our wicked inventory of speakers, microphones, mixers, amplifiers, DJ equipment, and more. Read the detailed descriptions and pick what you need.
Hit us up via email or phone if you’re unsure of anything. Provide the equipment details, event dates, and any specific requirements. We’ll review your request, confirm availability, and source anything missing to make sure you have the sickest event.
You (obviously) have two options: pickup or delivery. Save some dollarydoos by collecting it yourself, or let us handle delivery, setup, and pack-down. We’ll need some dollars from you—because we don’t do this for the giggles—after the booking is confirmed.

Product Description
Want something easier to carry than a 30kg lump of steel? This is it.
The 61cm aluminium base plate gives your truss a solid foundation while remaining light enough that one person can easily move it around. It’s a popular choice for trade shows, DJ booths, retail displays and truss totems where massive counterweights simply aren’t needed.
It can also be mounted on top of a totem to support lighting fixtures, making it one of the most versatile accessories in the CT290 range. Just remember that because it’s lightweight aluminium (around 9.6kg), larger outdoor structures or high-load applications would better be suited with our steel base plates.

Is this a replacement for a heavy steel base plate?
Sometimes. For truss totems and lighter-duty applications indoors it’s good. For large arches, outdoor structures or heavier loads, we’d generally recommend a heavier steel base plate or a few concrete blocks.

Can I use this on top of a truss totem?
Absolutely. That’s one of its most common uses. We use it for placing speakers on or lighting on.

9.6kg—heavy enough to feel solid, but much easier to handle than a steel plate.
